This adapter allows using lenses with Pentax 67 mount on Pentacon Six cameras. Please read the description carefully to make sure you understand how it works.

  1. This adapter DOES NOT provide infinity focus. Usable focus distances will be in approximately 0.2 - 1.0m range. This is enough for portraits and close-ups, but not for general photos or landscapes.
  2. We can't make spring-loaded mounts, and secure a Pentax 67 lens with set screws therefore. This will damage P67 lens mount a bit, but not significantly. It is recommended to mount this adapter to a P67 lens permanently. This securing method is NOT purposed for often lens change.
  3. This adapter has no aperture pushing lever. Your lens should be set to the manual aperture mode if you need to step-down the lens.

The installation procedure step-by-step:

  • Place a Pentax 67 lens into the adapter, positioning it to catch an alignment pin on the adapter by the lens lock notch.
  • Tight 3 set screws on the adapter to secure the lens.
  • Mount the adapter with the lens to a Pentacon Six or Kiev-60 camera, as you usually do with native P6 lenses.

Sample photos are provided by Steven S. with following comment:

"Attached are some photos I took with the Pentax 120mm soft on a Kiev 60 using your adapter. They had scarecrows dressed up like historical figures in a park near my home. I was going to use the Kiev 645 but I wanted to see if the lens gave good 6x6 coverage, which it does. I doubt I would shoot an entire roll using this lens but it would be good to have in the camera bag to switch out with the 120mm Biometar when I want a soft look. I prefer 120mm for shooting portraits and it is the portrait length for 645."
